Submission Terms

Who May Submit
Any creator, label, producer, or industry entity may submit information to AIMI/AIMSO for registry consideration, verification review, or chart eligibility assessment. There is no submission fee during the Founding Beta period.
Accuracy and Rights
By submitting, you confirm that all provided information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to submit it. You remain solely responsible for verifying your own rights, permissions, and legal compliance with respect to your music, vocals, datasets, and platform disclosures.
No Guarantees
Submission does not guarantee approval, verification, chart placement, certification, publication, partnership, or any response. AIMI/AIMSO reviews submissions on a rolling basis during the Founding Beta period.
Use of Submitted Data
Submitted data may be used for registry processing, verification review, chart eligibility assessment, newsletter consideration, or internal platform development. AIMI/AIMSO will not publicly publish personal contact information without consent.
Withdrawals
Submitters may request removal of their registry or submission data at any time by contacting the AIMI/AIMSO team through the Contact page.
